Process Scorer
Score and prioritise automation candidates by impact and effort.
Score your business processes against eight criteria to identify the best automation candidates. Higher scores indicate better candidates. Add multiple processes to compare them side-by-side.
Impact (Why automate?)
How often is this process executed? (1 = rarely, 5 = hundreds/day)
How much time does each execution take? (1 = seconds, 5 = hours)
How error-prone is the manual process? (1 = rarely fails, 5 = frequent errors)
How critical is this process to the organisation? (1 = nice-to-have, 5 = mission-critical)
Feasibility (How easy?)
How consistent are the steps? (1 = highly variable, 5 = identical every time)
How many systems are involved? (1 = 5+, 5 = single system)
How many decision points or exceptions? (1 = many, 5 = linear/simple)
Is structured data available? (1 = no digital data, 5 = clean APIs/databases)
Name at least one process above to see results.
Methodology: Each criterion is scored 1-5 and multiplied by its weight. Impact criteria measure why a process should be automated (value/urgency). Feasibility criteria measure how easy it is to automate (technical readiness). Processes in the "Quick Wins" quadrant (high impact + high feasibility) should be prioritised first.
